Tenants:

OUR FEES: (all fees are plus VAT)

• Fee to make changes to a tenancy agreement, for variation, assignment, or novation of a tenancy: £60 (or reasonably incurred costs if higher)
• Fee for late payment of rent £25
• Interest charge at the rate of 8% per annum on any unpaid rent.
• Fee for replacement of a lost key/security device minimum charge of £65 this may vary depending on the number of items associated with the key/device and whether the lock has to be replaced.
• If tenants locked themselves out and we have to attend to give them access £65
• Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant. The amount may vary depending on the circumstances.

Landlords:

• Full management of property: 10% plus VAT
• Sale of property 1% plus VAT

EPC:

• Properties 1-4 bedrooms £150 plus VAT
• HMO £250 plus VAT
• Landlord Gas Safety Certificate £175 plus VAT
• EICR Certificate £200 plus VAT depending on the number of bedrooms
